The idea is simple: Pop the DVD inside machine, lay the 2.5-foot square mat in front of the TV, and dance following onscreen prompts. In Learn mode, an animated choreographer shows the moves step by step. The 40 dance lessons start slow and basic and gently add complexity. Dance mode boosts the tempo and strings the average person moves into a dance routine. It's an energetic single-player game, and the instructions suggest rules for which makes it an aggressive game.
